Change Management Director Spearheading HR Modernization Initiatives

Transform HR delivery models as a Change Management Director focusing on innovation and employee engagement. Seeking an expert who thrives in complexity and can influence change through effective communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy development for effective change management
- Proactively address change resistance and identify impacts
- Partner with leaders to facilitate a successful change experience
- Track readiness and ensure all teams are prepared
- Design supportive models for post-implementation sustainment
- Master’s degree in relevant fields preferred
- Certification in Change Management is essential
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in change management
- Strong familiarity with HR transformation practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities
