- Ensure new processes are adopted and utilized effectively

- Own and track utilization outcomes for enterprise programs
- Partner with leaders to address operational barriers
- Provide transparent reporting on change effectiveness
- 10–12+ years leading enterprise change initiatives
- Proven experience with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills
- High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
