Outbound Sales Representative — Fire Safety Compliance

**What you do**
Outbound calls to facility managers, property managers, school admins, plant managers, EHS leads, and asset managers across Canada. You open the conversation, qualify the building, capture the right details, and hand the lead to our quoting team. We price it. We close it. You get paid on every win.
You're not the engineer. You're not the closer. You're the door-opener — and you're the only one in the chain who talks to a prospect first.
**A good week**
• 300+ dials
• 40+ live conversations
• 15+ qualified hand-offs
• Closes tracked weekly, paid per signed contractor agreement
**What you bring**
• 2+ years outbound B2B phone sales — SDR, BDR, telemarketing, appointment-setting
• Phone stamina (60+ dials/day without checking out)
• Script discipline — you trust a tested process more than your gut
• Sharp ear for buy triggers — you hear them in offhand comments and capture them
• Clean written English — every lead gets a hand-off email
• Reliable laptop, headset, and Canadian phone setup (we provide the dialer)
**Nice to have**
• Prior selling into property management, facilities, EHS, healthcare ops, school admin, or municipal procurement
• Working knowledge of OFC, NFC, BCFC — or willingness to learn the 2026 playbook cold
• Bilingual EN/FR — Quebec's October 16 deadline is a major Q3 push
