- Partner with leadership to guide daily design operations
- Develop workflows that enhance team efficiency
- Coordinate cross-project planning and backlog management
- Identify and mitigate operational gaps promptly
- Drive accountability for key initiatives and reporting
- 6+ years in design or program management roles
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Experience with complex cross-functional projects
- Capacity to excel in fast-paced settings
- Strong communication and management abilities
