Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will collaborate with the Regional Business Line Leader to manage operations effectively. This role focuses on improving project delivery metrics and client satisfaction while developing impactful employee leadership strategies. You will shape goals and strategies for the Setting sector across Canada, driving operational excellence within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic planning and implementation of business objectives
• Develop high-performing teams through mentorship and retention strategies
• Ensure effective project management and client service delivery
• Collaborate on performance metrics for operational success
• Act as a change leader to foster business improvements Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science and 12+ years experience
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role
• Solid business acumen and project management skills
• Proven track record in the Design or Construction industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Lead operational excellence and innovation at AECOM in Mississauga.
