Director of Office Operations West Region

- Oversee daily operations of office property management teams
- Enhance maintenance protocols and safety programs
- Promote energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Manage budget processes for operational expenditures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and practices
- At least 15 years in real estate or property management roles
- Post-secondary education; certifications preferred
- Familiarity with building systems and energy strategies
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
