Sales Team Lead at Neo

Lead a passionate sales team as a Sales Team Lead at Neo, empowering representatives to drive customer acquisition for Neo products, including the Neo Credit card. Your guidance and mentorship will be crucial for their success. In this dynamic role, you will provide training and coaching, as well as manage schedules for optimal sales coverage. You'll oversee the setup of activation booths, track performance against targets, and lead by example at events. Your leadership will foster an environment focused on achieving acquisition goals effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for staff
- Manage team schedules for effective sales coverage
- Oversee setup and dismantle of activation booths
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback
- Troubleshoot and guide team at activation events
- Proven sales experience with a strong performance record
- Leadership or supervisory experience in sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to motivate and coach staff
- Flexibility for evening and weekend events
