Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abbotsford, B.C., working on-site. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing appointments and schedules, maintaining organized records, handling phone inquiries with professionalism and providing executive-level assistance to support smooth office operations. Your role will be essential in ensuring efficient daily operations and exemplary client interactions.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills to support daily office operations and senior staff;
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and strong communication skills to engage clients and colleagues effectively;
- Clerical skills, including accurate record-keeping, data entry and organizational abilities;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency with office software and technological tools;
- Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred; and,
- High school diploma and additional certifications in office administration are an advantage.
