Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Abbotsford, BC. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of executive tasks and administrative processes.

This position starts at 32 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expands.

Responsibilities

• Managing executive calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities

• Coordinating client and advisor communications professionally and promptly

• Handling document preparation, licensing admin, and compliance follow-ups

• Supporting logistics for team events, conventions, and recruitment activities

• Creating and managing content and materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and Notion

• Maintaining organized records and internal processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role

• Proactive communicator: you raise issues and share updates before being asked

• Strong attention to detail with an ownership-driven mindset

• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Notion, and Google Workspace

• LLQP license is considered a strong asset

• Must be located in or near Abbotsford — this is a fully in-person position
