*Job Overview*
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our company's financial records and ensuring all transactions are accurately documented.
*Duties*
-Recording details of all financial transactions and monitoring them for accuracy.
- Prepare and submit financial reports
- Assist with payroll administration and tracking
- Reconcile of company accounts
-Helping with the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Provide support for audits, maintain cash flow
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with office phone systems
- Strong clerical and filing skills
- Knowledge of Truckmnate is a plus
- Excellent customer service and customer support skills
- Ability to proofread documents accurately
- Previous experience in General Ledger is preferred
