Senior Payroll Specialist Role North York

Become a Senior Payroll Specialist and contribute to an EV manufacturing firm in North York, Ontario. A full-time position combining payroll expertise with HR support awaits you. Tech Talent International (SI) seeks a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist for a multinational client in Canada. In this role, you will manage payroll calculations, help develop the employee benefits framework, and assist the HR Manager with a variety of tasks. Ideal candidates have extensive payroll experience and thrive in a startup culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and manage semi-monthly payroll with precision
- Work with HR on building a benefits framework from scratch
- Support HR in employee training and orientation tasks
- Help facilitate recruitment activities
- Provide additional HR support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of payroll experience with mid-sized organizations
- Familiarity with manufacturing sectors preferred
- Skilled in handling multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus
