Senior Financial Controls Specialist Role

• Advise on the design and implementation of internal controls
• Support the development of control guidance and standards
• Oversee internal control risk assessments and mitigation
• Assist business partners with ICFR documentation needs
• Promote a culture of financial compliance within the organization

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent professional qualification needed
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in internal control practices
• Big 4 experience in controls advisory is a strong asset
• Familiarity with NI 52-109 and SOX 404 requirements
• Experience in the insurance sector beneficial
