Our client, a premier global enterprise, is seeking an authoritative, delivery-focused Senior ServiceNow Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and drive enterprise application strategy.

In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for translating high-level vision into actionable execution roadmaps, managing large-scale initiatives from initial concept through to deployment. You will champion enterprise-wide strategic alignment, leveraging your deep expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem and other enterprise platforms to optimize business operations. Working closely with cross-functional leadership across Engineering, HR, Finance, Product Management, and Business Operations, you will spearhead program kick-offs, establish governance frameworks, execute portfolio rationalization, and guarantee on-time, on-budget technology delivery.

Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategic Governance
End-to-End Program Ownership: Champion and lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs for enterprise applications, providing strategic thought leadership from initial requirements definition to launch.

Program Kick-Offs & Governance: Spearhead program kick-offs, establishing robust governance structures, scoping boundaries, and delivery frameworks to ensure execution success from day one.

Portfolio Rationalization: Lead product portfolio rationalization and roadmap integration, specifically focusing on ServiceNow and core enterprise software platforms.

Financial & Delivery Accountability: Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of critical technology priorities while actively tracking interdependencies and risks.

Stakeholder Engagement & Operational Excellence
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with functional leaders across Engineering, HR, Finance, Product, and Business Operations to drive strategic alignment and secure organizational buy-in.

Executive Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to deliver transparent progress updates, status reporting, and alignment across executive stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive root-cause analysis to eliminate systemic blockers, build repeatable operational models, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Program Leadership Experience: 15+ years of progressive professional experience in program management, strategic digital transformation, or enterprise IT delivery.

ServiceNow & Enterprise Platform Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience kicking off, managing, and delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations and enterprise applications.

Methodology Mastery: Deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban execution frameworks.

Program Tooling & Data Acumen: Proficiency with enterprise program management tools (Jira, Planview, Asana, Smartsheet) alongside proven capability setting OKRs/KPIs and making data-driven decisions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (architecture, system integrations, ITSM/ITOM modules, or workflow development).

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) certification.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.

Experience leading Corporate Integration & Separation practices during Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (M&A).

Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, including Gen AI, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic workflows.
