Our client, is seeking an elite, senior-level Project/Program Manager (PM IV) to lead high-visibility, business-owned technology initiatives. Operating within a mature Enterprise PMO (EPMO) that blends IT delivery with strategic business operations, the successful candidate will manage projects that cross multiple business units and touch every part of the organization. Vendor & Client Governance: Direct and evaluate third-party vendor performance, manage contracts, review project alternatives, and align multi-vendor delivery pipelines.

Artifact & Status Management: Establish project charters, construct precise project plans, perform rigorous risk assessments, and deliver high-impact presentations and performance reports to executive steering committees.

Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of definitive Project Management experience, successfully delivering large, national-scale enterprise projects with budgets exceeding $1M+.

Mandatory Certification: Active, verified PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strictly required.

Industry Pedigree: Proven experience within a major Retail or E-commerce environment (experience within Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Omnichannel systems is highly valued).

Technical & Business Hybridity: A strong blend of technical PM capabilities (rigorous PMBOK compliance, dependency mapping, hands-on plan management) and business acumen (expectation management, customer-centric delivery).
