Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:
As a Senior Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes at our plant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that production operations run efficiently, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be instrumental in leading a team to achieve operational excellence and uphold safety protocols.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to oversee plant operations and ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Implement process improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead and assemble a team of production staff, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage the supply chain to ensure seamless flow of materials for production.
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of product output.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Fabricate strategies for effective utilization of MRP systems to optimize inventory management.
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing plant environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proficiency in supply chain management, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with MRP systems and their application in optimizing production processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
