As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

 

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to provide strategic marketing leadership for one of our global business areas. Working closely with business leaders and regional marketing teams, you will help shape market positioning, strengthen value propositions, build awareness, and develop marketing strategies that support long-term business growth. You will serve as the primary marketing partner to the business, ensuring alignment between global priorities and regional opportunities while helping Hatch bring a consistent and differentiated story to market.

This role is ideal for a strategic B2B marketer who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, influencing direction, working with teams across regions, and turning business priorities into impactful marketing programs.

Responsibilities

Business partnership and strategy 

• Partner with business leaders to understand growth priorities, market opportunities, and client needs
• Develop marketing strategies and plans that support business objectives and strengthen Hatch's market position
• Define and evolve value propositions, messaging, and strategic narratives

Market positioning and awareness

• Lead initiatives that build awareness, visibility, and credibility for the business area
• Guide thought leadership and reputation-building activities that support long-term growth

• Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Collaborate with communications, digital, creative, and events teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives

Global and regional alignment

• Provide coordinated marketing direction for your business area across regions to ensure consistency and alignment
• Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams to understand and support local priorities
• Identify opportunities to share content, campaigns, tools, and best practices across regions
• Facilitate collaboration among regions with similar priorities to improve efficiency, leverage successful initiatives, and maximize impact

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, engineering, infrastructure, energy, mining, or other complex industries
• Experience developing marketing strategies, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives that support business growth
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience advising senior leaders
• Experience leading teams and working across multiple regions and cultures
• Excellent communication, planning, creative, writing, and project management skills

Base salary range: $74,000 - $124,000

At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, =qualifications and location. In addition to base pay, our total rewards package may include performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and other programs designed to support your well-being and growth.
