We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior ERP-SAP Solution Manager for an enterprise-level contract opportunity based in Mississauga. In this role, you will take on a premier leadership capacity bridging SAP functional design, technical architecture, and operational sustainment across complex enterprise environments.

As a principal SAP authority, you will provide end-to-end governance across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors modules, Workforce Software, and SAP Concur platforms. Operating within a hybrid work model, you will lead cross-functional delivery teams, oversee API-driven integration architectures, mature ITIL-aligned service management frameworks, and enforce robust cybersecurity, privacy, and audit controls. This position demands a seasoned SAP leader who can seamlessly balance long-term strategic roadmaps with hands-on incident triage, vendor management, and solution assurance.

Responsibilities
Functional Design & Integration Governance
Provide end-to-end leadership across SAP functional design, technical architecture, and operational support to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and compliant with enterprise standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration, system integration, and business process alignment across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Software.

Define and govern enterprise integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns with robust error handling and auditability.

Offer deep functional expertise across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement, including SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Benefits, Payroll), Workforce Software (Time & Attendance), and S/4HANA processes.

Deliver technical leadership across the SAP landscape, guiding decisions on SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, API design, data replication, identity and access management, and environment strategies.

Operational Sustainment & Service Management
Establish and mature ITIL-aligned IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management workflows.

Leverage and optimize ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and SAP4Me for ticket management, workflow automation, ticket triage, backlog management, and root cause analysis.

Strengthen SAP sustainment capabilities by defining governance models, support frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes for long-term platform stability.

Ensure operational readiness and supportability for project-delivered SAP solutions through documentation, training, monitoring, and seamless transition to support teams.

Provide solution assurance across project lifecycles, participating in design workshops, fit-gap analyses, testing strategies, cutover plans, and hypercare support.

Governance, Risk & Vendor Oversight
Identify and manage cross-system dependencies, risks, and design gaps, driving timely issue resolution and key architectural decisions.

Lead governance, risk, and compliance activities, ensuring strict adherence to cybersecurity standards, privacy regulations, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to integration architecture, data quality, system security, and operational stability.

Manage and collaborate with vendors, implementation partners, AMS providers, and internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT.

Review vendor deliverables, enforce quality standards, and evaluate SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors innovations to recommend high-value feature adoption.

Qualifications
Core Requirements & Mandatory Criteria
Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field, along with active SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).

Progressive SAP Tenure: Minimum of 7 years of progressive SAP experience across solution delivery (implementation and sustainment), with at least 4 years providing senior-level guidance in complex enterprise environments.

HR, Payroll & Workforce Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors—specifically Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Benefits (ECB), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)—with hands-on experience supporting payroll integrations and Workforce Software (Time & Attendance).

Multi-Module Depth: Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement (Procure-to-Pay, GL, AP/AR), SAP Concur, and Workforce Software ecosystems.

Cloud Architecture & Integration: Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting SAP cloud solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware, and SAP Cloud Identity Services.

ITSM & Tooling Experience: Hands-on experience with ITIL-aligned ITSM frameworks and practical expertise using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and SAP4Me for workflow automation and ticket management.

Governance & Security Awareness: Solid understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access management, segregation of duties, audit controls, data governance, and frameworks such as SAP Activate or COBIT.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively with vendors, AMS providers, and cross-functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Preferred Assets & Certifications
Specialized Certifications: Active designations such as SAP Certified Associate in SuccessFactors EC/ECP, Workforce Software Certified Consultant, ITIL Foundation, or SAP Certified Technology Associate in SAP Integration Suite.

Enterprise Application Exposure: Experience supporting or integrating systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP Ariba, Construction Project Management (SPM), Capital Budget Forecasting (CBF), or Annual Business Budgeting (ABB) platforms.

Regulated Sector Context: Prior experience working in public sector or highly regulated enterprise environments is considered a strong asset.
