What Youll Be Doing
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements with clear, actionable insights
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple projects and entities
Business Partnership
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to understand project performance
Identify risks, opportunities, and solutions in real time
Billing & Revenue Support
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services, rentals, and project work
Review contracts and billing structures for completeness and accuracy
Tax & Compliance
Assist with tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
Stay up to date on tax requirements and support compliance efforts
Cash Flow & Financial Health
Monitor cash flow, banking activity, and key financial metrics
Support financial planning and long-term financial stability
Audit & Controls
Assist with internal and external audits
Help maintain and strengthen internal controls
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting
Stay current with accounting standards and best practices
