We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Regina team on an 18-month term position. As one of the first points of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, this role plays an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will be professional, organized, and committed to providing exceptional administrative support to the Westridge team. Responsibilities:* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
* Greet clients, visitors, and employees and maintain a welcoming office environment
* Coordinate mail, courier packages, deliveries, and meeting room schedules
* Order and monitor office and coffee supplies
* Photocopy, scan, file, and distribute documents
* Maintain project lists, calendars, filing systems, and archived files
* Prepare and distribute superintendent reports
* Review, forward, and track purchase orders
* Assist with tender administration and document organization
* Create and distribute internal communications and newsletters
* Support the CFO and broader team as required
* Perform other related administrative duties as assigned Qualifications:
* Office Administration Certificate or 3+ years of related experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, PowerPoint and InDesign
* Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Construction industry experience is considered an asset
