Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, and online advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, to ensure alignment on initiatives.

Content Creation & Design

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, video scripts, infographics, and more.
• Work closely with our team to ensure all materials align with Forge Labs' brand ethos and values.

E-Commerce Optimization & Analytics

• Analyze user behavior on our e-commerce platform to identify areas for improvement and boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the software development team to implement strategies (basic understanding of JavaScript and React JS is a plus).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to refine marketing strategies.

Website Management & SEO

• Manage and update content on our WordPress site to keep it fresh and engaging.
• Drive organic traffic through a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Optimize web pages for search engine visibility and user experience.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Proven track record in a marketing role, ideally with experience in e-commerce environments.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with WordPress, SEO tools, and Google Analytics; knowledge of JavaScript/React JS is a strong asset.
• Design Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visual materials.
• Leadership: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Creativity: A knack for storytelling, designing compelling content, and innovating in marketing strategies.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and take on new challenges.

Pay: $65,466.00-$72,242.00 per year
