Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sashimi chef
- Expertise in handling raw and whole fish, including tuna, salmon, and other varieties
- In-depth knowledge of sashimi preparation techniques
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Duties:- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation- Develop and create new menu items in line with current food trends and customer preferences- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
Skills:- Proficient in food safety practices and procedures- Experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant setting- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team- Knowledge of food handling techniques and best practices- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality food service- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Previous experience in supervising kitchen operations- Expertise in food preparation techniques
