Integrations Specialist at Greenspace

Become the technical expert in integrations at Greenspace, where you'll optimize healthcare systems with exceptional integration solutions. This role offers a flexible hybrid environment while enhancing Measurement Based Care. As an Integrations Specialist, you’ll drive complex integration projects from discovery to go-live. Your expertise will focus on system integrations with EHR and EMR systems, eReferral processes, and data interfaces. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential to streamline processes and leverage AI tools for efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of customer integration projects
- Collaborate with customers to refine integrated workflows
- Serve as Tier 2 Support for integration-related inquiries
- Enhance technical documentation for self-service resources
- Identify bottlenecks and propose automation strategies
- Degree in engineering or computer science preferred
- 1-3 years in a technical role
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards
- Strong communication and project management skills
