- Build strong relationships for account retention

- Maintain high-quality CRM records

- Stay informed on industry trends and events
- 5+ years in sales, account management, or customer success
- Successful retention and new business track record
- Preferred experience in energy or utilities sector
- Excellent communication in high-stress scenarios
- Valid driver’s license mandatory
