Client Care Advisor in Private Banking

Become a vital part of RBC's Private Banking team as a Client Care Advisor in Vancouver. This role emphasizes high-level service delivery and digital engagement in an on-site setting. As a Client Care Advisor, you will create memorable welcoming experiences for clients and deliver the Black Card Experience, showcasing everyday banking expertise. The position demands strong client-service skills and proficient use of technology to enhance client interactions, ensuring requests are handled swiftly and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level banking support for clients
- Handle incoming service requests via multiple channels
- Apply hospitality standards in all client interactions
- Manage conference room bookings and marketing materials
- Report sales opportunities to management promptly
- 1–2 years of banking experience required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven skills in client service and communication
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Post-secondary education in Commerce or Business is a plus
