Job Description: Be part of a deeply purposeful primary care mission that provides essential services to underserved and uninsured populations throughout LA County. You will be supported by a strong multidisciplinary team treating tens of thousands of patients annually — creating both impact and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care to a diverse patient panel
- Manage acute and chronic conditions and preventive services
- Coordinate with a collaborative team of physicians, NPs, PAs, dentists, and social workers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to evidence-based care standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary: $260,000 – $300,000+

Job Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree with Board Eligible/Board Certified status in Family Medicine
- Completion of residency training (or currently completing residency)
- Eligible for or current California medical licensure
