- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans
- Advise on communications and change management strategies
- Coach leaders to improve their communication skills
- Collaborate on amplifying external messages internally
- Manage vendor relationships for media production
- Degree in Communications or related field
- Minimum 8 years in corporate communications
- Retail experience preferred
- Proven skills in content creation across channels
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
