Senior Manager, Health Advocacy and Communications
PASAN
Shape the future of health advocacy with PASAN as a Senior Manager in Education and Communications. Focus on equity-driven approaches to support incarcerated individuals. This role targets a dynamic leader experienced in advocacy and prison health issues. You will guide six dedicated staff in delivering sexual health programming and advocating for policy changes that impact those affected by HIV and Hep C. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will drive educational and advocacy efforts forward. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct anti-racism initiatives within the organization
- Foster collaboration with community and advocacy stakeholders
- Oversee the creation of engaging communication content
- Manage and mentor a comprehensive In-reach program
- Support strategic funding applications and budget management
- In-depth understanding of issues affecting incarcerated populations
- Successful advocacy campaign leadership experience
- Proficient in diverse communication formats
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Capacity to engage a wide range of audiences
