A Day in the Life

• Your primary responsibilities will include handling logistics tasks and ensuring the timely generation of distribution and sales operations reports, such as Port, Rail, and order intake reports.
• We value your creative input for crafting management presentations.
• You'll have the opportunity to analyze various aspects of the business and offer insightful recommendations.
• Some days will involve conducting ad-hoc inquiries, tracking service campaign status, and providing administrative support with shipment and customs-related documentation.
• You may also find yourself collaborating with different teams in HQ, as well as our field staff and port managers.
• Additionally, there are numerous engaging projects within sales operations, providing you with a fantastic chance to expand your business knowledge.

Eligibility and Requirements:

• You must be eligible to work in Canada.
• You must have graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent skills in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Must be able to work full-time hours - 36.25 hours per week until April 30, 2025
