Drive talent acquisition success with a Hybrid Talent Advisor II role at a leading company in Fort Worth, TX. Partner with HR and leadership to manage full life-cycle recruiting. In this full-time position, you will collaborate with hiring managers to implement an effective staffing strategy. With 2-4 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, you will develop sourcing strategies while ensuring compliance and diversity. Your expertise in behavioral interviewing and strong stakeholder relationships will enhance our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for internal and external candidates
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies
• Proactively identify and network with potential job seekers
• Meet Talent Acquisition metrics for quality and compliance
• Provide an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business or related field
• 2-4 years recruiting experience, preferably high volume
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bilingual in French is a plus Leverage your recruiting expertise and stakeholder collaboration in this dynamic Talent Advisor II role.
