Key Responsibilities Own and manage the complete case management life cycle
Proactively monitor and drive outstanding case requirements
Provide timely support on policy administration requests
Act as liaison for internal teams for case issues
Adapt services to fit individual Advisor needs
Requirements Minimum of ten years in life insurance or MGA settings
Familiar with WealthServ or equivalent platforms
Solid written and verbal communication abilities
