Sous la supervision d'Annabel Tremblay, ce rôle clé implique une évaluation clinique approfondie et la prise en charge de cas urgents. Vous travaillerez dans une équipe dynamique pour sécuriser une réponse rapide aux crises. Vos compétences en gestion d'urgence et connaissance des ressources communautaires sont essentielles pour ce poste exigeant. Key Responsibilities:

Réaliser des évaluations cliniques du risque suicidaire
Prioriser et gérer les cas urgents en haute pression
Intervenir pour assurer la sécurité des membres en crise
Collaborer avec les équipes médicales pour la continuité des soins
Documenter clairement les interactions cliniques

Requirements:

Baccalauréat en santé mentale ou relations humaines
2+ ans d'expérience en intervention
Disponibilité pour 32 heures par semaine, soirs et fins de semaine
Connaissance des ressources communautaires
Aisance avec les outils numériques et un environnement innovant
