We’re currently hiring a Production Supervisor for our Edmonton Plant 1 Location. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but in this position, you will play a critical role in leading a safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing team while building a culture where people feel supported and proud of the work they do. On any given day, you will be responsible for:

Championing a Safety-First Culture

• Lead by example and reinforce safe behaviours on the floor, every day


• Address unsafe actions immediately and consistently


• Encourage hazard and near-miss reporting


• Lead incident investigations in partnership with Health & Safety


• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OHS regulations


• Involve team members in identifying hazards and implementing controls

Drive “First Time Right” Quality

• Set clear quality expectations and hold the team accountable


• Ensure employees are trained on standard work and best practices


• Monitor processes, perform audits, and address quality issues quickly


• Identify waste and improvement opportunities to reduce rework and cost


• Track and report quality metrics and production performance

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

• Coach, motivate, and support Team Leaders and production employees


• Assign work, manage workflow, and ensure daily targets are met


• Provide regular feedback and address performance issues promptly


• Remove roadblocks and support continuous improvement discussions

Foster a One Team – Winning Together Environment

• Promote collaboration across shifts and production lines


• Partner with support teams including H&S, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and HR


• Seek input from employees at all levels to build practical, well-rounded solutions

Are you built for this?

• 3+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong safety mindset with the confidence to lead from the floor


• Experience managing daily production, priorities, and performance


• Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively


• Continuous-improvement mindset with solid problem-solving skills


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)


• High school diploma or GED required


• Post-secondary education, Lean manufacturing knowledge, or fenestration experience are assets
