Join a leading client’s team as a Senior Enterprise Java Developer, working remotely from Ontario. This role combines advanced programming skills with team leadership to enhance application offerings.
We're looking for an exceptional senior developer with extensive experience in Java and a passion for mentoring others. As a Team Lead, you will interface with various stakeholders, manage the development process, and ensure the delivery of high-quality web applications. Your technical acumen will guide internal teams and clients toward optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and mentor a development team
• Design high-performance web applications
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in all phases of development
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, and APIs
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
• Proven experience with database technologies
