Drive Indigo’s talent development initiatives as a Director, focusing on leadership growth and effective employee engagement strategies. This vital role ensures alignment with business objectives. As Director of Talent Development, you will oversee the creation of learning experiences and continuous improvement in talent management processes. Working collaboratively with HR and senior leaders, you will align learning goals with organizational needs while monitoring effectiveness through data and feedback. Your leadership will enhance the capacity for succession planning and foster a culture of growth and retention. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead Indigo’s talent management strategy
- Establish effective learning paths and career development tools
- Partner with leaders on engagement and development initiatives
- Utilize data to drive improvement in learning outcomes
- Coach and communicate with senior management on talent strategies
- More than 10 years in talent and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of adult learning frameworks and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with multi-location leadership programs
- Proven ability to enhance employee engagement through structured initiatives
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
