The role requires a customer-driven mindset and the ability to build and retain a robust pipeline of prospects. Key responsibilities include processing renewals, conducting needs assessments, and engaging in community marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and write new business policies for clients
- Quote current business through calls and outreach
- Prepare documentation and complete client applications
- Maintain current knowledge of underwriting rules
- Participate in training and community marketing efforts
- High school education or higher
- 2+ years in personal or commercial insurance
- RIBO license or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
