Deine Aufgaben
Support & Beratung: Betreuung der Klinik- und Laborkunden im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support (telefonisch, remote und vor Ort), Schulung der Anwenderinnen sowie Erstellung von User-Guides & User-Requirements
Technische Umsetzung: Installation, Konfiguration und regelmäßige Updates des Laborinformationssystems datalabX inklusive Schnittstellen sowie Inbetriebnahme bei Kunden vor Ort oder remote
Customizing & Integration: Anpassung von datalabX an spezifische Kundenprozesse und Einrichtung von Laborgeräteschnittstellen
Störungsmanagement: Analyse, Reproduktion und nachhaltige Lösung von Fehlern
Projektarbeit: Mitarbeit und Teilleitung von Projekten, z.B. Inbetriebnahmen
Qualität & Weiterentwicklung: Mitwirkung bei Tests neuer Release-Versionen und damit verbundene enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
Abwechselnder Bereitschaftsdienst mit Teamkollegen
Dein Profil als IT Application Manager
Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, TU)
Ca. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in dieser oder einer ähnlichen Position
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Systemen, SQL-Datenbanken sowie Netzwerken
Erfahrung in der Applikationsbetreuung, Inbetriebnahme und im Support von Software – idealerweise im eHealth- oder Krankenhausumfeld, jedoch kein Muss!
Kenntnisse in Skripting oder Java/C
Freude an Fehleranalyse, strukturiertes Arbeiten und hohe Serviceorientierung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
