DEINE MISSION
Als IT Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d) stellst du sicher, dass unsere IT-Services stabil, effizient und kundenorientiert erbracht werden. Deine Mission ist es, eine verlässliche Service-Landschaft zu gestalten, in der Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit im Einklang stehen. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Teams und externen Partnern übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer IT-Dienstleistungen.
Deine Aufgaben
Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden: Kommunikation, Beratung sowie aktives Management von Erwartungen und Eskalationen
Führung und Koordination interner technischer Teams sowie Steuerung externer Stakeholder
Definition, Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Servicequalität, Prozesseffizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit
Verantwortung für zentrale ITSM-Teilprozesse wie Availability Management, Capacity Management und IT Service Continuity Management
Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Erbringung unserer IT-Services
DAS IST UNS WICHTIG
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT Service Delivery Management
Fundierte ITIL-Kenntnisse, z. B. ITIL 4 Foundation oder weiterführende Zertifizierungen
Tiefes Verständnis von ITSM-Prozessen und serviceorientierten Betriebsmodellen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ein starkes Service- und Kundenverständnis
Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem klaren Blick für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) sowie Englischkenntnisse auf Konversationsniveau
