Dans le cadre de son développement, Alphorm , plateforme e-learning spécialisée dans la formation IT, recherche un Concepteur pédagogique pour renforcer son équipe éditoriale .
Le candidat idéal aura un parcours alliant expertise technique en informatique et compétences pédagogiques, afin d’accompagner les formateurs dans la conception et la production de formations de qualité pour la plateforme.

Analyse & cadrage:
• Co-construire la structure du parcours avec le formateur (modules, séquences, timeline)
Conception / scénarisation
• Proposer la ligne pédagogique (modalités : vidéos, quizz, exercices, interactions, auto-évaluation, etc.)
• Valider les scripts, textes, consignes
• Veiller à la cohérence des intitulés, des transitions, de la progression
• Apporter des recommandations pédagogiques (andragogie, apprentissage actif, microlearning, etc.)
Production :
• Superviser la production des vidéos,• Contrôler la qualité (contenu, image, son, cohérence pédagogique)
• Uploader les vidéos ou ressources sur la plateforme
• Vérifier le bon fonctionnement technique (liens, compatibilité, compatibilité mobiles, rendus)
• Piloter le lancement de la formation (communication, planning, coordination avec l’équipe )
• Assurer le suivi des apprenants (support, retours, bugs)
• Collecter les indicateurs de suivi
Profil recherché :
Formation : Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique
Expérience : Minimum 1 an dans un poste similaire.
