Ideal candidates will have over eight years of marine insurance experience, focusing on market research, collaboration, and technical audits. You will play a vital role in developing guidelines and supporting underwriting efforts while fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product development and performance guidelines
- Research market trends and technology solutions
- Assist with portfolio management and governance
- Provide underwriting training and guidelines updates
- Analyze profitability and growth opportunities
- Degree or college diploma with relevant experience
- Minimum 8 years in marine insurance sectors
- Proven communication and decision-making skills
- Organized with strong analytical abilities
- CIP or industry equivalent designation required
