The impact you will make

Join us as an Application Specialist and dive into creating next-generation solutions for our Supply Chain Network Cloud - a central force in the world of digital innovation within logistics and e-commerce. In this role, you will drive implementation and technical project management, leading multiple customer projects while maintaining speed, precision and the highest of quality.

You will collaborate daily with customers, developers and partners, translating needs into action and innovation into delivery. From configuration to testing, from support to scale - you will play a central role in shaping how global commerce moves as a trusted partner.

The work you will lead

• Configure, deliver and implement solutions that drive meaningful results for customers and the organization.
• Act as a trusted partner ; taking ownership of translating requirements into smart, scalable solutions that meet customer needs, and providing value‑added advisement.
• Lead test management to ensure delivery meets the highest quality standards.
• Manage customer projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery.
• Drive internal improvements that enhance our ways of working and create better outcomes.
• Foster collaboration and build strong networks by connecting customers, partners and internal teams in a network‑driven organization where relationships fuel success.

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT related field, logistics/supply chain, innovation or equivalent experience.

Have experience in software implementation, and/or experience working with global shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
