As an Application Support Specialist, you will deliver functional support, assist in implementations, and connect clients with core BC modules. Your role will be essential in troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth customer operations to maximize product adoption. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for Business Central extensions
  • Assist in solution rollouts and implementation tasks
  • Support integration projects connecting external systems
  • Deliver customer training and onboarding programs
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and product demos
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years’ experience with Business Central or similar ERP
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Confident in interpreting system behavior and mapping requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
  • Ability to foster trust with users and internal teams
