CTS Foods is looking for a Sales Representative , a passionate, energetic person with that special touch for connecting with people.

In this role, In this role, you will be a key player at C.T.S:
• You will build strong relationships with our customers and understand their true needs.
• You will manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• You will meet deadlines and goals while driving your own achievements and the success of your team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify client requirements and match them with appropriate products or services.
- Present product benefits effectively to potential and existing customers.
- Discuss prices, terms, and conditions while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Foster positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new customers through referrals, cold calling, or networking.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Stay informed about competitors’ offerings, pricing, and trends.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor individual performance.
