Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual)

Job Responsibility:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the company's waste management services by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and selling our products and services to customers in the waste management sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential customers in the waste management sector through research and lead generation
- Build relationships with potential and existing customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales approach to meet the specific needs of each customer
- Offer value-added services that differentiate our products and services from competitors
- Price products and services competitively based on market research and analysis
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Leverage technology to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Work collaboratively with the outside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the waste management industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales approach accordingly
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bilingual preferred
