ATB Manager, Client Experience

Lead client-focused workplace initiatives at ATB as a Manager of Workplace Experience. This fully onsite role emphasizes exceptional service delivery while managing a talented team in Edmonton. Reporting to the Director of Workplace Operations, you will take charge of a diverse team dedicated to enhancing client interactions within the workplace. Your leadership will focus on managing service details, vendor relationships, and operational budgets, ensuring a sophisticated user experience throughout. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop team talents while fostering collaboration
- Elevate client services through strategic hospitality initiatives
- Manage vendor contracts and oversee budget accountability
- Lead and document optimization projects enhancing workplace experiences
- Ensure efficient service request management across facilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity
- Proven skills in workplace or office services
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficient in relevant technology and project management tools
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities
