Administrative Clerk for Nursing Care

Become an integral part of the Nursing team as a part-time Administrative Clerk, focusing on clerical duties and efficient scheduling. Make a difference through organized support in the department. The Administrative Clerk reports to the Director of Care, ensuring that clerical tasks and scheduling are executed flawlessly within the Nursing Department. You'll perform various duties such as typing, ordering supplies, and supporting accounts payable processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting across all staff levels. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute clerical functions including filing and document preparation
• Order and maintain adequate office supplies
• Assist with accounts payable efforts
• Answer incoming calls and manage visitor greetings
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Required: High School Graduation Diploma
• Minimum 1 year Community College Diploma in Business or related field
• 1 year in a clinical program is beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
