Law Clerk Trainer

We are supporting a client in their search for an experienced Legal Trainer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of litigation and legal processes who enjoys training, coaching, and supporting employees.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working within a law firm or legal environment.
Hands-on legal experience, ideally as a Law Clerk, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal.
Strong understanding of litigation processes, legal workflows, and legal software.
Experience delivering training, coaching employees, or supporting the onboarding and development of new hires.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with litigation support/legal software.
Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ideally, at least 2 years of training or client support experience within a professional environment.
Key responsibilities:
Train and onboard new employees on legal processes, technology, systems, and internal procedures.
Deliver one-on-one, group, classroom, and web-based training.
Identify training needs and work with HR and other stakeholders to develop tailored programs.
Create and maintain training materials, curriculum, and end-user documentation.
Assess training effectiveness and provide additional support where required.
Support training related to new technology, applications, and system upgrades.
Salary range: $80,000 — $100,000 CAD/Year
Location & Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite in Downtown Toronto
