Bilingual Service Delivery Manager in Montreal

Pacer Group seeks a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager for a 12-month contract in Montreal. The role requires 8+ years in IT and 4+ years in service delivery management. Candidates should have expertise in Azure Cloud infrastructure and a robust understanding of ITIL processes to effectively manage service escalations and customer relationships across both English and French. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee onsite-offshore delivery models and distributed teams
• Manage Azure Cloud Infrastructure operations and governance
• Implement ITIL processes including Incident and Change Management
• Handle customer relationship management and escalations
• Optimize Azure monitoring, automation, and recovery practices Requirements:
• 8+ years IT experience and 4+ years in service delivery
• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS & PaaS
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
• Certifications in ITIL and Azure preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Lead service delivery excellence at Pacer Group by leveraging your bilingual skills and Azure expertise.
