Senior Delivery Manager in IT Services

Lead IT delivery management with a focus on BFSI as a Senior Delivery Manager. Leverage 12-15 years of experience to drive complex programs with global delivery models. This role emphasizes expertise in application modernization, data and ETL programs, and familiarity with GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks, as well as the ability to identify AI-infused efficiency opportunities. Patience and strong stakeholder management are key to success in this demanding environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage delivery of complex IT programs effectively
• Implement application modernization using microservices and APIs
• Drive data and ETL initiatives with technical oversight
• Identify opportunities for AI-led operational efficiencies
• Foster client relationships with a solution-oriented approach Requirements:
• 12-15 years in IT services or consulting
• Experience in global delivery models (onshore/offshore)
• Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe frameworks
• Familiarity with AI-led SDLC productivity tools
• Proven delivery ownership in high-pressure situations Become a pivotal leader in IT delivery management, implementing advanced solutions in BFSI.
