Your role involves collaboration with HR and Distribution, ensuring excellence in compensation governance. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate commission calculations for all sales staff
- Manage lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare sales insights and analytics for leadership
- Develop and maintain reporting metrics within systems
- Support audits and contribute to budgeting tasks
- Proven skills in analysis and critical thinking
