Responsibilities
- Automated Line Operation: Manage, observe, and maintain automated machinery in coordination with team members.

- Precision Tuning & Quality Calibration: Evaluate digital machine outputs to adjust tolerances, manage operational variances, and maintain high standards.
- Data Integration: Record operational metrics, outputs, and status updates directly into modern equipment tracking software.
- Pre-Run Inspections: Conduct cell checks and safety protocols to ensure peak machinery performance prior to production cycles.

Qualifications
- Manufacturing Background: Prior success in a fast-moving production or manufacturing setting.
- Instructional Precision: Comfort reading, understanding, and executing visual work instructions.
- Analytical Mindset: Sound foundation in basic practical math, variance troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Collaborative Style: Clear communication skills (written and verbal) and a strong team-first mentality.
- Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of robotics or continuous automated assembly systems is a strong asset.
- Work Status: Legal authorization to work full-time in Canada.
